We have people on board who are qualified to Management level and those who are starting out on their NVQ2 in Health and Social Care.

We are all fully insured, police checked and have car insurance for business use to enable us to take you out and about.

Above all I have selected my staff on their personality and their willingness to make a difference to the lives of our clients.

Most of our staff have come from a caring background.  It is from my experiences of working for a care agency and in a residential home that gave me the idea of my wonderful business.   

I am proud of my business but most of all I am very proud of the whole team who make up Community Spirited - together we have all played a huge part in making this a caring and supportive business to people of various ages and abilities.

We are currently a team of 13 with many others who support us in many other ways.
